Well, our pets have been patient at this hospital for over 10 years. As of recently, the experience has been horrific! Lack of concern and care by staff… Was in for an office anal gland routine check. Brought in urine sample as well as fecal… Was told urine sample was fine. A day later was told there was an infection in the urine. they charged me an extra $220 to have the lab run the tests. It has been over five days no response from the doctor or the office. Have made multiple inquiries told them I was so unhappy that I’m looking for another vet. Nobody cares. it has been the most heartbreaking situation. If your dog has an infection and the vet doesn’t care enough to send you over an antibiotic. Why would you continue to support them? I am now having to look for a new vet if anybody has a recommendation please let me know
Verona Animal Hospital gives the very best care for my pets and the easiest administrative experience for me. Great people and great place that makes all the difference. Highly Recommended.
Everyone here is so nice and treat my dog with such love and care. You can tell they’re animal people. They also haven’t pushed any excessive or unnecessary treatments. My dog loves going to the vet thanks to the staff.

I remember the day we laid him on your floor and sent him on. my heart is still broken. some months later Deb and I got a yellow lab puppy. on his first visit to you, you looked at me and Deb, cupped Augie's face in your hands and said, "you are so lucky"

Quick responses, thoughtful and caring staff, thorough care of my dog. I've never been to a better vet - I'm so glad to have found you guys when I moved to the area with my dog who I love so much.
this vet practice is first class all the way. because not only do u get exceptional care but the staff and vets are exceptionally caring. dr brazer took care of our golden retriever jackson for over ten years in sickness and in health and so we have absolute confidence in her to take care our new golden puppy CHarlie. dr scriff and stock are terrific as well and we have no hesitation seeing them when dr brazer is not available. alex and the front office team are such pet lovers it makes the whole experience wonderful and charlie already looks forward to seeing them again !’n
